Created and implemented marketing plans and was responsible for all communication and collateral. I recruited, briefed and worked with creative personnel and reporting directly into the sales director.

I developed, executed and managed the company marketing plan, which featured marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow our targeted markets. I was in charge of customer communication (aiming to capitalise on up-sell opportunities), lead generation and increasing brand / product awareness.

This was a business degree focusing on all the promotional aspects of successful marketing, including PR, direct selling, advertising, and sales promotion.  The degree developed my understanding of effective management theories, and the key processes involved in marketing; opportunity identification, customer retention, and channels of distribution.
